Patakuri Management Structure
PATAKURI is governed, managed and administered by a number of bodies and committees as spelled out in its constitution. Register of joint stock companies & firms of Government of Bangladesh, which provides registration, approve the constitution. It has two kinds of council viz. General Council (GC) and the Executive Council (EC). The GC has 13 members while the EC has 7 members. Chief executive is the ex-officio member secretary of the executive council with voting rights. Meetings are held regularly and the proceedings are recorded.Mr. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury is the Chief executive. External audit is also done regularly.
